Welcome to the FreeSTAR Everywhere SIP & Phone portal registration & support centre. Please create a new account and fill in the details required to Validate your registration. With a copy of your amateur radio licence and DMR ID. For our American friends please upload your official copy of your licence. (No Reference Copy, Other means of identification may be required from all Applicants)

Once you have registered , please create either, a NEW SIP Extension Request ticket, or the Phone Portal ticket, We keep an archive of all support tickets and account information only accessible by the FreeSTAR Everywhere Support Team. Please note, the DMR Portal has not been launched yet and we are not accepting requests for this service just yet.

SIP PORTAL:  NEW SIP EXTENSION 
A standard pjsip extension you can use on a number of devices, Like MicroSIP for Windows PC (Free Download), Mobile phone VoIP app like GroundWire (Paid). And of course any SIP enabled Deskphone like the Cisco SPA525G2                                   PTT Press *99 To Talk & # To UNKEY Stop Talking

PHONE PORTAL UK REGISTERED USERS ONLY
UK Registered users can dial 0115 778 6487 from any registred phone line (No Internet Required) Direct call into our World Famous 2196 AllStar Node or dial another SIP user on FreeSTAR Everywhere. To Activate PTT on 2196, please use the Mute Button (VOX Activated)

Please remember that volunteers manage this system, Turn around time on ticket responses will vary, We will try and process your ticket within 48 hours.
